I am writing this to make you aware of an example of excellent customer service by a member of your staff.
I have serviced by vehicle with Australian Motors Morphett Vale since March this year and feel that Simon, the service advisor has always conducted himself in a professional and polite manner with excellent customer service. I would like to recognise his efforts and as a result of his customer service I will continue to use Australian Motors for future servicing.
