Terms & Conditions:
By entering the Australian Motors Win a Year’s Supply of Groceries promotion, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
2. WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
2.1. Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of South Australia, 18 years of age or older.
2.2. Employees and their immediate families of Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. The Promotion commences on Thursday 01 May 2025 at 8:30am ACST and concludes on Monday 30 June 2025 at 5:30pm ACST (“the Promotion Period”).
3.2. In order to enter, entrants must:
1.a) make a Qualifying Purchase from an Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd dealer during the Promotion Period and have the car paid within these months and;
1.b) confirm their details required
3.3. For clarity, a Qualifying Purchase includes the purchase of any car direct from an Australian Motors dealer at any time during May 2025 & June 2025. If the purchased car is not paid and delivered within this timeframe, the entry is considered invalid.
3.4. Entrants may enter the Promotion as many times as they like, subject to clause 3.2, but there will only be one (1) Winner, who will be awarded one (1) Prize. The time of entry will in each case be the time the Qualifying Purchase is received by Australian Motors.
Total Prize Pool: AUD $25,000
4. PRIZES
4.1. The major prize is a year’s worth of groceries, with a value determined by Australian Motors as $480 per week or $20,000 (calculated based off research of the average household supermarket spend across 52 weeks in Australia). There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner who will win $20,000 AUD worth of Foodland SA gift vouchers an.
4.2. Minor Prizes – There will be 50 minor prize winners of a $100 Foodland Gift Card. Number of prizes: 50. Value (per prize) AUD $100.
4.3. Prizes and all elements of Prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the Prize or any element of the Prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative Prize as a substitute. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity periods.
4.4. The Prize will only be paid in Foodland gift vouchers. The Prize must be taken as offered. The Prize value is in Australian dollars. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for any tax consequences or imposts that arise from the receipt of the Prize.
4.5. No part of a Prize is transferable or exchangeable nor redeemable for cash, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter. The Prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Conditions of Entry and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in Prize value.
4.6. In the event a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute for it a Prize of equal or greater value, subject to any necessary approval by the state/territory gaming authorities.
4.7. The winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Winners grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.8. All entrants agree that if they win the Prize, they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation, including the internet. Photographs will be allowed only at the discretion of the program producers and the celebrity.
4.9. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the major Prize Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Promoters’ requirements.
5. THE DRAW
5.1. The major and minor prize draw will take place at the Wayville Mitsubishi showroom at 19-33 Goodwood Road, Wayville SA 5034 on Monday 14th of July 2025. The winners will be chosen at random.
5.2. The Winners will be notified by phone call and email on Monday 14th July 2025. The major prize winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will also be published on the Australian Motors’ (www.australianmotors.com.au) website within 30 days of the prize draw.
5.3. If the winners do not claim their prize by Monday 28th July 2025 (14 days), or is uncontactable, they forfeit their prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute anything for the Prize. There will not be an unclaimed prize draw.
5.4. The major prize will be drawn first and then the 50 minor prizes consecutively after that. The winner of the major prize is not eligible for the minor prizes. The winners of the minor prizes are only eligible for one prize.
6. PROOF OF PURCHASE
6.1. You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
1.a) original purchase receipt/s.
6.2. If you don’t produce the above proof of purchase or valid identification for all entries when asked, the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries, and you will lose any right to a Prize.
6.3. Proof of purchase and/or valid identification must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
6.4. Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Promotional Period before you submitted your entry).
6.5. If, in the Promoter’s opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid, and you will lose any right to a Prize.
7. NO LIABILITY
7.1. Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail. Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd and their associated employees, agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion and/or its Prizes that may occur:
1.a) during the Winner selection;
1.b) whilst undertaking any travel on or connected with their entry into the promotion
7.2. Subject to State Regulation, in the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
7.3. Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies associated with this Promotion assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State Regulation
7.4. Subject to State Regulation, if for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security,

8.2. PRIVACY POLICY: Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Australian Motors will handle your personal information in accordance with Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd Privacy Policy which is available on our website at https://www.australianmotors.com.au/privacy-policy (and which contains information regarding how you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint about our handling of your personal information). By providing your personal information below, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd may disclose the entrant’s personal information to its related entities, business partners and external service providers for research and profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship with Australian Motors.
